Could you please add a little more to the personality, history, and appearance bit? If you could, a picture woud be best for appearance.

Personality~ Sebatian is a very nice guy. He has a very big heart and loves to help out his friends. In addition to his warm heart he is a total clown, always running around pulling pranks or just doing silly things to get a laugh. He definitely isn't shy and he's a very outgoing individual.
History~ Sebastian had a very decent life. He was born to Georgina and frederic oria, His mother being a muggle born which made him a half-breed. His father always encouraged him to do his best, and seek whatever his heart ever desired. And so had his mother. But, his parents are worried about him because of his carefree nature. He got sent off to Hogwarts and he'd been doing okay, but still they hope that he makes something good of himself and learns that life, is definitely not a game
